 Befriending the Elderly Programme

Introduction

In collaboration with the Lions Befrienders Association Singapore, MOE embarked on the ‘Befriending the Elderly’ programme. Through befriending 59seniors in the Ang Mo Kio region, we seek to forge a deeper and more meaningful relationship between MOE and the community. We also aim to promote intergenerational bonds and create awareness amongst the younger generation on the needs of the ageing population.
