OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of MOE staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family and work and community and environment.

The workshop will give participants pointers on how to achieve and maintain well-being through simple massages to relieve stress. The easy to use techniques can be applied to areas where one typically accumulates tension, aches and pains – the lower back, head, neck and shoulders. These massages can be used any time of the day.
Will Writing may be considered by many to be a taboo topic. But little do we know that writing a Will can be one of the most important things an individual can do in his/her lifetime. Writing a Will is NOT JUST for the Rich or the Old. When an adult acquires some assets, e.g. a house, bank account, shares and so on, he should consider making a Will as his overall Estate Planning.

This workshop is an introduction to the ancient practice of yoga. It demonstrates how yoga can be used in an office environment for effective relief from the stresses and strains of work.

The workshop is targeted at the near-retiring community of EOs who want information on geriatric health issues and well-being. Some available choices for EOs beyond 62 will be discussed.
This course aims to give basic knowledge of grammar of Korean language & Culture. The course is practical and fun way to learn. It is designed for those who learn Korean for the first time. Students will learn Korean Alphabet, easy vocabularies and simple sentence structure to win over students to the study of language. Also learn some Korean culture, eg. Korean Pops , Korean Movie, Korean food, use public transports etc Traveling conversation etc…
The Basic Thai Course has been carefully designed and presented by a team of highly experienced Thai teachers especially for beginners. The course covers simple dialogue (with the aid of English translation), basic conversation, vocabulary and expressions. The lessons are smooth and balance between understanding why you say it and practice it through interesting activities in the class.
