The workshop will give participants pointers on how to achieve and maintain well-being through simple massages to relieve stress. The easy to use techniques can be applied to areas where one typically accumulates tension, aches and pains – the lower back, head, neck and shoulders. These massages can be used any time of the day. In this 90min hands-on session, the trainer will cover three areas of concern: skincare, hair care and personal grooming. You will learn about the physiology of the male skin, the impact of shaving on skin and have a practical session on proper skincare regimen. There will also be general information on hair care.
