The workshop will give participants pointers on how to achieve and maintain well-being through simple massages to relieve stress. The easy to use techniques can be applied to areas where one typically accumulates tension, aches and pains – the lower back, head, neck and shoulders. The Retreat 2 Refresh Programme is a three-day programme for teachers to reflect and renew their interest and passion in the teaching profession. The first two days are run consecutively and after a week or two, participants meet again for a full day to share and review their learning experiences through group discussions and individual presentation. Participants will also learn some strategies for self care.
