Cellulite is actually a fancy name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a person's skin, which causes the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker like the surface of an orange peel.

The workshop is an introduction to how TCM can rejuvenate and re-vitalise the skin the natural way.
Objectives: Participants will be able to
(1) know their skin type and the various problems that the skin is exposed to
(2) pick up tips to prepare food and drink recipes for different skin types
Participants will acquire the skills to read food labels effectively through interactive activities. In addition, participants will learn how to prepare a quick and easy healthy meal through a hands-on session during the workshop.
