CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT

One major aspect of successful ageing is continued employment in your retirement years.  If you are still healthy and want to continue to contribute your experience and expertise, we would encourage you to remain in the workforce.  It may mean remaining in your current position or moving to a new job. It may mean changes in salary or working hours. The key here is to be open to possibilities. So do adopt a ‘can-do’ attitude and be flexible and open to options presented to you.
