Self-massage to De-stress

The workshop will give participants pointers on how to achieve and maintain well-being through simple massages to relieve stress. The easy to use techniques can be applied to areas where one typically accumulates tension, aches and pains – the lower back, head, neck and shoulders. These massages can be used any time of the day.

Objectives: Participants will pick up knowledge and skills on (1) how to identify some acupressure points for stress relief (2) apply correct pressure on these points for stress and pain relief at homw or in the workplace
