OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of MOE staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family and work and community and environment.
Care Giver’s Stress – Is It Manageable?
The workshop explores our understanding of the scope and nature of caregiver’s stress as well as looks at both external and internal resources we have to manage the stress.
Objectives: Care givers will be able to
(1) understand the scope and nature of caregiver’s stress
(2) understand the dynamics of the relationship between caregiver and care recipient
(3) identify common coping stances of caregivers
(4) explore different resources and management methods of caregiver’s stress
