OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of MOE staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family and work and community and environment.
Traditional Chinese Medicine – The Way to Beauty [Class 2]
The workshop is an introduction to how TCM can rejuvenate and re-vitalise the skin the natural way.
Objectives: Participants will be able to
(1) know their skin type and the various problems that the skin is exposed to
(2) pick up tips to prepare food and drink recipes for different skin types
