Lunchtime Talk: What the Law Doesn't Tell You About Planning Your Will [updated]

28 Jan 2010 - 12:30pm
28 Jan 2010 - 1:30pm

Will Writing may be considered by many to be a taboo topic. But little do we know that writing a Will can be one of the most important things an individual can do in his/her lifetime. Writing a Will is NOT JUST for the Rich or the Old. When an adult acquires some assets, e.g. a house, bank account, shares and so on, he should consider making a Will as his overall Estate Planning.

Although there are laws for those who do not leave a Will, it is wise to leave instructions that ensure your loved one would be well taken care of. Or else one estate may well ended up in the wrong hands, or worse be entirely dissipated by expenses.
