The greatest gift we can give to the love ones we love is to stay healthy. Through this workshop, participants would learn to start active and lead a healthy lifestyle through fun exercise.

Rebounding, one of the most efficient and effective type of exercise for the entire body. It has all of the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and strength training with many added benefits due to its effect on the 75 trillion cells in our body.
