OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of MOE staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family and work and community and environment.
Stress Management For Div I-II EAS

This workshop examines very closely all aspects of stress and how to respond to it so as to achieve a balanced work and personal life.
Participants will learn to:
a) Understand Stress and how it affects us.
b) Identify their stress level.
c) Identify the sources of stress – personal, work environment.
d) Realise the gap, if any, between their personal vision and the organisational vision.
e) Learn how to bridge the gap in a win-win manner.
f) Learn more about their job motivating factors.
g) Identify their career anchors that guide and constrain their career.
h) Manage stress caused by controllable and non-controllable factors.
i) Learn and practise some relaxation techniques.
