SELF-DISCOVERY PROGRAMME [Class 1]

Self-Discovery Programme is a two-day (non-residential) experiential programme that focuses on self-awareness and personal motivation. The small group size of 15 participants to 1 facilitator ensures deep and meaningful reflection as well as sharing in an environment that is mutually supportive and trusting. Through deep personal reflection, sharing and dialogue, teachers have the opportunity explore ways of interpreting their professional experiences as an educator and developing a sustainable, meaningful and joyful professional work-life balance. 

 

 

 

The two day session has very minimal `lecture’ style content delivery – using the power, insight and wisdom of the individual and the group in the `journey of reflection, exploration and interpretation’. There will also be opportunities to dialogue with inspiring, experienced teachers and students to offer different perspectives and experiences for reflection.

Cost: $210 per participant (after co-funding by Teachers Network)

Remarks: Successful participants would be provided with Course Admin Instructions. Co-funding is available to MOE Education Officers only.
