OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of MOE staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family and work and community and environment.
Parent-Child Activity: Rock Climbing
Parent and child climb together in this workshop aimed at strengthening the family bonds while reaching greater heights both mentally and physically together.
At the end of the programme, parent and child will: 
1. Acquire fundamental rock climbing skills.
2. Gain an understanding of the basic rock climbing equipment and safety issues related to the sport.
3. Understand basic belaying concepts (adults only).
4. Gain life skills such as confidence and resilience as well as;
5. Strengthen the parent - child bond
