Plan Now For Your Retirement for Div 4 EAS [ Malay ]
The Civil Service recognises the increasing importance of pre-retirement planning for a smooth transition to a different life stage for officers who are reaching retirement age. In preparation for the re-employment legislative changes, Ministries would strongly encourage their older officers who are reaching age 60 years and above to attend pre-retirement planning courses. This is to help them to be aware of the psychological, emotional, social and financial issues that they need to address in planning for retirement.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
a) Better manage their health so as to achieve a balanced work and personal life
b) Learn about a range of well-proven techniques and knowledge to enhance their journey towards a healthier lifestyle
c) Know how to self assess their diet and lifestyle choices (Participants will be given diaries to monitor their diet and exercise habits)
